The first generation opened along with a former partner (the beginning of the family business).
The company becomes focused on General Contracting and falls under full ownership.
Space Coast General Contractors was founded.
Acquired Clark’s Welding and renamed Space Coast Steel, and it is incorporated into Space Coast General Contractors.
The inception of Space Coast Industries begins.
Space Coast Industries opens its doors for business, building custom trailers right on site and specializes in trailer parts, trailer servicing and repairs, and hardware.
Wayne’s Truck & Auto Parts (formerly named Watson’s) opens as the newest part of the Space Coast Group, with the new retail shop located right next door to Space Coast Industries
